Background info:
Forte is Rock's nemisis and equal. He hates to lose but it happens quite frequently. When he first met Rock, Forte pretended to be on his side, fighting against Dr. Wily. Eventually, Forte showed his true colors and trashed Dr. Right's lab after he had repaired Forte. Forte still fights against Rock but has been known to rebel against his creator, Wily, and team up with Rock in order to show that he is Wily's greatest creation ever.
He is always accompanied by his canine support unit, Gospel and is able to merge with him to create the Gospel Boost. Forte then gains the ability to fly and shoot lasers.
